ผู้ป่วย COVID-19 หายดีแล้ว “ร่วมบริจาคพลาสมา” นำไปทำยารักษาผู้ป่วยที่มีอาการรุนแรง

            สำหรับผู้ป่วย COVID-19 ที่หายดีแล้ว และมีคุณสมบัติตรงตามเงื่อนไข สามารถลงทะเบียนผ่านระบบออนไลน์ที่ https://bit.ly/2K6cIL6 (ข้อมูลการลงทะเบียนของท่านจะเก็บเป็นความลับอย่างปลอดภัย ในระบบฐานข้อมูลของศูนย์บริการโลหิตแห่งชาติ ตาม พ.ร.บ.คุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล พ.ศ.2562)

ซึ่งคุณสมบัติเงื่อนไข ของผู้ป่วย COVID-19 ที่หายแล้ว

            1. พำนักอยู่ในกทม. และปริมณฑลเพื่อหลีกเลี่ยงการเดินทางข้ามจังหวัดตามประกาศ พ.ร.ก. ฉุกเฉิน

            2. ผู้ป่วยโรค COVID-19 ที่หายแล้ว ลงทะเบียนผ่านระบบออนไลน์

            3. ออกจากโรงพยาบาลและพ้นจากการกักตัวครบ 14 วัน แล้วไม่มีอาการ

            4. อายุ 17 ปีบริบูรณ์ – 60 ปี น้ำหนัก 51 กิโลกรัมขึ้นไป ไม่มีข้อห้ามในการบริจาคพลาสมา

            5. ผู้บริจาคให้ความยินยอมในการร่วมโครงการวิจัย

            เมื่อจนท.ตรวจสอบข้อมูลเรียบร้อยแล้ว จึงจะติดต่อกลับทางโทรศัพท์เพื่อคัดกรองสุขภาพตามแบบฟอร์มการลงทะเบียนผู้บริจาคโลหิต กรณีผ่านการคัดกรอง จนท.จะทำการนัดหมายเพื่อเข้าร่วมโครงการบริจาคพลาสมาฯ

โดยการเข้าร่วมโครงการบริจาคพลาสมาฯ มีขั้นตอนดังนี้

            1. ประเมินเส้นเลือดที่ข้อพับแขน ต้องมีขนาดใหญ่พอสมควร

            2. ตรวจสุขภาพเบื้องต้น เช่น ชั่งน้ำหนัก วัดความดัน ตรวจความเข้มข้นโลหิต ( ผู้ชาย 13.00 กรัม/เดซิลิตร ผู้หญิง 12.5 กรัม/เดซิลิตร) ตรวจหมู่โลหิต (เฉพาะผู้บริจาคใหม่)

            3. ตรวจหาการติดเชื้อ COVID-19 และตรวจหาภูมิต้านทานต่อเชื้อ COVID-19 โดยการตรวจเชื้อในโพรงจมูกและเก็บตัวอย่างโลหิต กรณีที่ผลการตรวจผ่าน จึงนัดหมายมาบริจาคพลาสมา

            4. การบริจาคพลาสมา บริจาคด้วยเครื่องแยกส่วนประกอบโลหิตอัตโนมัติ ใช้เวลาในการบริจาค 45 นาที

            5. หากผลการตรวจภูมิต้านทานต่อเชื้อ COVID-19 สูง (สูงกว่า 1:160) จะนัดครั้งต่อไปทุก 14 วัน และถ้าภูมิต้านทานยังสูงอยู่สามารถบริจาคได้ถึง 6 ครั้ง

           Once our staff have completed checking all applicant information, they will contact the applicant for a health screening. In cases where applicants have passed the screening, the staff will make an appointment for applicants to participate in the plasma donation project.

The process for participation to the plasma donation project are as follows :

            1. Assess blood vessel at the foldable joint of elbow as it should be large enough for donation.

            2. Preliminary health check such as weight, blood pressure, blood concentration levels (13.00 grams/deciliters for men and 12.5 grams/deciliters for women), and blood group (for new donor)

            3. COVID-19 testing and checking COVID-19 immunity by nasal swab test and collecting blood for tests. In cases that have passed the test, the centre will contact applicants to make an appointment.

            4. The plasma donation will be processed in the cell-separating machine, the process takes 45 minutes.

            5. In the case that the COVID-19 immunity test result is high (higher than 1:160), the centre will schedule another appointment in 14 days and every consecutive 14 days. If the immunity levels remain high, the donor could donate up to 6 times.
