ศูนย์การค้าเซ็นทรัลฯ ปรับเวลาการให้บริการเป็น 11.00 – 20.00 น. ทั่วประเทศ พร้อมเน้นย้ำมาตรการป้องกันและ Social Distancing

- ประกาศขยายวันปิดให้บริการชั่วคราวตามประกาศภาครัฐ 15 สาขา ถึง 30 เม.ย. 63

- ซูเปอร์มาร์เก็ต (เซ็นทรัล ฟู้ด ฮอลล์ และ ท็อปส์) ยังคงเปิดให้บริการตามเวลาปกติของแต่ละสาขา

- พร้อมอำนวยความสะดวกในการใช้ชีวิตในช่วงนี้อย่างเต็มที่ ด้วยบริการ Drive Thru ลูกค้ามารับสินค้าด้วยตัวเอง และบริการ Food Delivery Pick-up counter

      กรุงเทพฯ  - วันนี้ (31 มีนาคม 2563): ศูนย์การค้าเซ็นทรัลฯ ขอประกาศปรับเปลี่ยนเวลาการให้บริการใหม่เป็น เวลา 11.00 – 20.00 น. ทุกวัน พร้อมกันทุกศูนย์ฯ ทั่วประเทศ โดยซูเปอร์มาร์เก็ต (เซ็นทรัล ฟู้ด ฮอลล์ และท็อปส์) ยังคงเปิดให้บริการตามเวลาปกติ สามารถเช็คเวลาเปิด-ปิดของแต่ละสาขาได้ที่ www.topsmarket.tops.co.th  และ www.centralfoodhall.com  พร้อมกันนี้ทั้งนี้ เพื่อเป็นการให้ความร่วมมือกับภาครัฐ และเป็นการรับผิดชอบต่อสังคม ศูนย์การค้าของเซ็นทรัลฯ ได้ขยายวันปิดให้บริการเป็นการชั่วคราวใน 15 สาขา ถึงวันที่ 30 เมษายน 2563 ตามประกาศเพิ่มเติมจากผู้ว่าราชการจังหวัดกรุงเทพมหานคร ปริมณฑล และจังหวัดต่างๆ เรื่องการขยายเวลาปิดสถานที่ต่างๆ รวมทั้งศูนย์การค้า ห้างสรรพสินค้าเป็นการชั่วคราว เพื่อลดการแพร่ระบาดของโรคไวรัส      โควิด-19 ในวงกว้าง โดยทั้ง 15 สาขา มีดังต่อไปนี้  

- เซ็นทรัลเวิลด์, เซ็นทรัลพลาซา ลาดพร้าว, ปิ่นเกล้า, รามอินทรา, บางนา, พระราม 2, พระราม 3, แกรนด์ พระราม 9, ศาลายา, เซ็นทรัลเฟสติวัล อีสต์วิลล์ มีผลตั้งแต่วันที่ 27 มีนาคม ถึง 30 เมษายน 2563

- เซ็นทรัลพลาซา เวสต์เกต, แจ้งวัฒนะ, รัตนาธิเบศร์ และลำปาง มีผลตั้งแต่วันที่ 1 - 30 เมษายน 2563

- เซ็นทรัล ภูเก็ต จะมีผลตั้งแต่วันที่ 26 มีนาคม - 30 เมษายน 2563



ทั้งนี้ สำหรับธุรกิจบางประเภทที่เปิดให้บริการได้ตามปกติตามประกาศกรุงเทพมหานคร ปริมณฑล และจังหวัดต่างๆ ได้แก่

1.ร้านขายยา รวมทั้ง Boots, Watsons

2.ร้านขายอาหารสัตว์ และร้านขายสินค้าเบ็ดเตล็ดที่จำเป็นต่อการดำรงชีวิต (เช่น แฟมิลี่มาร์ท)

3.ร้านอาหารเฉพาะการจำหน่ายเพื่อนำกลับไปบริโภคที่อื่น (Take Away หรือ Delivery)

4.ธนาคารในศูนย์การค้า ตามประกาศของผู้ว่าราชการจังหวัด หากสาขาใด มีการประกาศก็จะปฏิบัติตามในทิศทางเดียวกัน

5.ศูนย์บริการโทรศัพท์มือถือหรือระบบสื่อสาร ตามประกาศของผู้ว่าราชการจังหวัด หากสาขาใด มีการประกาศก็จะปฏิบัติตามในทิศทางเดียวกัน

6.และอื่นๆ ตามที่อาจจะมีการประกาศเพิ่มเติม

      ศูนย์การค้าเซ็นทรัลฯ ทั้ง 33 สาขาทั่วประเทศพร้อมอำนวยความสะดวกแก่ประชาชนทุกคนอย่างเต็มที่เพื่อให้สามารถใช้ชีวิตในช่วงสถานการณ์ขณะนี้ได้อย่างสะดวกสบายที่สุด ด้วยบริการ Drive Thru ที่ลูกค้าสามารถสั่งซื้อสินค้าผ่านทางโทรศัพท์ หรือ ช่องทางออนไลน์ แล้วมารับสินค้าด้วยตัวเอง และบริการ Food Delivery Pick-up counter ที่ให้ร้านค้ามารับ Delivery และ Take Away ภายใต้การคุมเข้มมาตรการ Social distancing จัดระเบียบที่นั่งให้พนักงาน Delivery ที่มานั่งรอรับอาหารมีระยะห่างกันไม่น้อยกว่า 1 เมตร เน้นปฏิบัติตามมาตรการความปลอดภัยด้านสุขอนามัยอย่างเข้มงวดเพื่อความปลอดภัยของพนักงานรับส่งอาหาร ลูกค้าและผู้มาใช้บริการทุกคน ทำความสะอาดฉีดพ่นน้ำยาฆ่าเชื้อทุกวัน ตรวจคัดกรอง วัดไข้พนักงาน, ร้านค้า และพนักงานบริการ delivery ทุกคน รวมทั้งให้ทุกคนสวมใส่หน้ากาก และใช้เจลแอลกฮอล์ล้างมือก่อนเข้าศูนย์ฯทุกครั้ง

while keeping their stringent preventive measures and social distancing

-Extending the temporary closure of 15 branches until April 30, 2020 in accordance with the authorities’ mandates

-Supermarkets (Central Food Hall and Tops) still operate as usual time of each branch

-Fully facilitating the change of lifestyle during this period with ‘Drive Thru’, where customers can pick up their orders, and ‘Food Delivery Pick-Up Counters’

      Bangkok (31 March 2020) – Today, Central Pattana’s shopping centers announce the change of their operating hours to 11.00 – 20.00 hrs. daily at every branch nationwide.  Supermarkets (Central Food Hall and Tops) are still open at the usual time of each branch. To check operating hours of each branch, please visit www.topsmarket.tops.co.th  and www.centralfoodhall.com.  To cooperate with the authorities and to be socially responsible, our 15 shopping centers will be temporarily extended their closure to April 30, 2020 following additional mandates from Governors of Bangkok, perimeters and more provinces regarding the extension of temporary closure for various places including shopping centers and department stores to curb the spread of COVID-19.  The affected 15 branches are as follows:

-Central World, CentralPlaza Lardprao, CentralPlaza Pinklao, CentralPlaza Ramindra, CentralPlaza Bangna, CentralPlaza Rama 2, CentralPlaza Rama 3, CentralPlaza Grand Rama 9, CentralPlaza Salaya and CentralFestival EastVille effective from March 27 to April 30, 2020

-CentralPlaza Westgate, CentralPlaza Chaengwattana, CentralPlaza Rattanathibet and CentralPlaza Lampang effective from April 1 - 30, 2020

-Central Phuket effective from March 26 to April 30, 2020

      However, certain types of businesses were allowed to open as usual following the announcements of Bangkok Metropolitan Authority and various provinces including:

1.Pharmacies including Boots and Watsons

2.Pet food stores and stores that sell goods essential for living (such as Family Mart)

3.Restaurants: only for take away and delivery

4.Banks located in shopping centers will follow orders issued by provincial governors

5.Mobile phone service or communication centers located in shopping centers will follow orders issued by provincial governors

6.Others as further announcements

      Our 33 shopping centers nationwide are ready to fully facilitate all customers to conveniently live their lives during the current situation.  We provide ‘Drive Thru’ service where customers can place their orders via phone or online channels then come pick up their orders, as well as ‘Food delivery pick-up counters’ service for restaurants to facilitate delivery and take-away.  Both are strictly supervised under ‘Social Distancing’ policy.  We allocate waiting areas for delivery service staffs to sit at least one meter away from each other.  We focus on strict hygiene measures to ensure safety for all food delivery staffs, customers and visitors.  We clean and spray disinfectant daily and apply temperature screening methods on every employee, shop and delivery service staff as well as ensure that everyone always wears a face mask and uses alcohol gel to wash their hands before entering the shopping centers.
