ดีแทคขยายเวลาปิดศูนย์บริการชั่วคราวเพิ่มเติม ในพื้นที่สีแดงเข้มรวม 29 จังหวัด แนะนำลูกค้าใช้บริการช่องทางดิจิทัล – ดีแทคแอป

      2 สิงหาคม 2564 – บริษัท โทเทิ่ล แอ็คเซ็ส คอมมูนิเคชั่น จำกัด (มหาชน) หรือดีแทค ขอแจ้งขยายระยะเวลาปิดศูนย์บริการชั่วคราวเฉพาะสาขาที่อยู่ในห้างสรรพสินค้า อีก 14 วัน ในเขตพื้นที่ควบคุมสูงสุดและเข้มงวด หรือพื้นที่สีแดงเข้ม จากเดิม 13 จังหวัด เป็น 29 จังหวัด ได้แก่ กรุงเทพมหานคร กาญจนบุรี ชลบุรี ฉะเชิงเทรา ตาก นครปฐม นครนายก นครราชสีมา นราธิวาส นนทบุรี ปทุมธานี ประจวบคีรีขันธ์ ปราจีนบุรี ปัตตานี พระนครศรีอยุธยา เพชรบุรี เพชรบูรณ์ ยะลา ระยอง ราชบุรี ลพบุรี สงขลา สิงห์บุรี สมุทรปราการ สมุทรสงคราม สมุทรสาคร สระบุรี สุพรรณบุรี และอ่างทอง เริ่มตั้งแต่วันที่ 3 สิงหาคม นี้เป็นต้นไป จนกว่าจะมีประกาศเปลี่ยนแปลง 

      ยกเว้นศูนย์บริการที่อยู่นอกห้างสรรพสินค้า ยังเปิดให้บริการตามปกติ ลูกค้าดีแทคยังคงสามารถใช้บริการจากจุดให้บริการอัตโนมัติได้ที่บริเวณที่ตั้งร้านค้า สามารถตรวจสอบรายชื่อร้านที่ปิดให้บริการชั่วคราวได้ที่เว็บไซต์ของดีแทค https://www.dtac.co.th/help/store-locations.html

ทั้งนี้ ลูกค้าจะได้รับบริการจากดีแทค ทางออนไลน์ทุกช่องทาง คือ

- ดีแทค แอปพลิเคชัน พร้อมให้ลูกค้าใช้บริการได้ตลอด 24 ชั่วโมง เพื่อเช็คค่าใช้บริการ ชำระค่าบริการ เปลี่ยนโปรโมชันแพ็กเกจ สมัครโปรเสริม โดยดาวน์โหลดดีแทค แอป ได้จาก Google play Store สำหรับมือถือแอนดรอยด์ หรือ apple store สำหรับดาวน์โหลดแอปบน iPhone และอุปกรณ์ iOS

      2 August 2021 –dtac extends the temporary closure of dtac service centers in shopping malls in the 29 provinces located in the government-designated COVID-19 Maximum Strict and Controlled Provinces. Effective from 3 August until otherwise stated.

      The number of designated zones have now expanded from 13 to 29 provinces: Bangkok, Kanchanaburi, Chon Buri, Chachoengsao, Tak, Nakhon Pathom, Nakhon Nayok, Nakhon Ratchasima, Narathiwat, Nonthaburi, Pathum Thani, Prachuap Khiri Khan, Prachin Buri, Pattani, Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya, Petchaburi, Petchabun, Yala, Rayong, Ratchaburi, Lopburi, Songkhla, Sing Buri, Samut Prakan, Samut Songkhram, Saraburi, Suphan Buri, and Ang Thong.
