Khuean Khun Dan Prakanchon

Khuean Khun Dan Prakanchon or Khlong Tha Dan Dam project by His Majesty’s initiative (เขื่อนขุนด่านปราการชล) Situated in Ban Dan ,Tambon Hin Tang, the dam was built by initiative of His Majesty the King as water management for people of Nakhon Nayok and nearby provinces. It is the world’s largest Rolled Compacted Concrete Dam, comprising main dam and minor dam. By this dam, rafting in Nakhon Nayok can be done all the year round. At the back of the dam is plantation of various flora, learning centre, museum, and pier for rafting.
